Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns once items have been delivered.
Exceptions: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer care within 24 hours of delivery. Provide an unboxing video and images of the product in its original packaging to support your claim.

Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, as outlined above.

Process:
a) Contact our customer care via email at info@flairosa.in within 24 hours of delivery.
b) Submit the required unboxing video and images.
c) Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Refund Method:
a) For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
b) For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when submitting your claim.

Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped from our warehouses. For prepaid orders that are returned to the seller after shipment, a deduction of ₹100 will be applied to cover handling, shipping. & RTO charges.

Additional Information

Tampered Packages: If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our team immediately.
Non-Receipt of Delivered Orders: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact our customer care within 3 days. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

How long does it take to receive my refund after cancellation is accepted? Can I return opened or used products? How can I cancel my order if it was placed by mistake? What happens if a prepaid order is returned after shipping?

How long does it take to receive my refund after cancellation is accepted?

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Since we ship on the same day, customers have up to 8 hours after placing the order to request a cancellation. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

For Prepaid Orders:
After your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. It may take 5–8 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds for cancelled COD orders will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer, within 10–15 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

FLAIROSA will share a refund confirmation along with transaction details once your refund has been successfully processed.

Can I return opened or used products?

No, our return policy does not cover products that have been opened or used. Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged upon delivery. T&C Apply*

How can I cancel my order if it was placed by mistake?
