How do I place an order on Flairosa?
To place an order:

👉 Click “Add to Cart”.
👉 Proceed to “Checkout”.
👉 Fill in your contact and shipping details.
👉 Confirm your order and select a payment method.
👉 Complete your payment to finalize the order.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We only accept returns if the item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use a secure gateway via Cashfree. Accepted payment modes include Paytm, credit/debit cards, PayPal, net banking, wallet payments, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD incurs an extra Processing fee of ₹60.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You may cancel your order anytime through your Flairosa account, as long as it is awaiting dispatch. Please note, cancellations are accepted only within 8 hours of order placement.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within the same business days and delivered within 7-8 working days, depending on your location. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, COD is available across India for orders up to ₹1500. Please note, an additional ₹60 processing fee applies to COD orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Flairosa only ships within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
